What we collect

The information needed to run the service: account identities, children's files entered by childcare services, attendance, journal content, messages, documents and uploaded media.

Why we process it

Only to deliver the service: show a file to someone entitled to it, send a notification, produce a document. We do not sell any data and we do not advertise.

Who has access

Each organization is technically isolated from the others. Within an organization, access depends on role: health records, for example, are not open to all staff. A child's photos follow their family's consent, re-evaluated at every display.

Retention and deletion

Deleted data first enters a retention window allowing restoration, then is permanently erased. Signed documents and consents are kept longer: they are evidence.

Your rights

You may review your account information, correct it, withdraw a consent, or request deletion of your account. For a child's data, the request goes through the childcare service responsible for it.
