What the service is

Noliea is a management platform for educational childcare services. It lets an organization manage children's files, attendance, the daily journal, family communications and administrative documents.

Accounts and responsibilities

Each person has a single, personal account. Roles and access are granted by the organization, which remains responsible for their accuracy. Sharing credentials is not allowed: it makes the audit log meaningless.

Children's data

The organization is responsible for the data it enters. Noliea acts as host and technical provider, isolates each organization from the others, and never uses this data for anything other than delivering the service.

Availability and interruptions

We aim for continuous availability without guaranteeing it absolutely. Planned interruptions are announced ahead of time and scheduled outside childcare opening hours.

Termination

An organization may end its subscription at any time and retrieve its data by export. Data is then deleted after a retention period communicated in advance.
